I’m the owner of Emanti Property Maintenance. I spent years in residential construction and site prep work for subdivisions. That big-job experience is what I bring to the small jobs around your home.

What Emanti does not take on

Full bathroom remodels, siding or structural repair, site work, or anything that needs a building permit. We keep to small repairs and home maintenance.
