This policy explains what information the Emanti Property Maintenance website collects, why we collect it, and who handles it. It describes how the site works today. If that changes, this page will be updated.
Information you give us
When you send a quote request through our contact form, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your city or community, if you choose to give it
- Your description of the work you would like done
If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that call or message.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply to you, understand the work you are asking about, prepare a quote, and arrange and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How your request reaches us
When you press “Send My Request,” your browser sends the form directly to Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. Web3Forms delivers your request to our business email inbox, which is provided by Google. Both companies handle your information on our behalf in order to deliver that message. You can read how Web3Forms treats the data it processes in its privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for two years and then delete them.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or embedded third-party content such as maps or videos. Fonts and images are served from the site itself, not from outside services.
The site stores the following in your own browser. None of it contains personal details:
- Request confirmation (
emanti:quote-sent, session storage): the time your quote request was accepted, so the Thank You page can confirm it. It is erased when you close the tab.
Website hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, it may automatically record basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time, to keep the site secure and running properly.
Who we share information with
We share your information only with the service providers described above (our form service, our email provider, and our website host), and only so they can deliver your message and keep the site running. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do that, or to ask any question about this policy, contact us:
Children
This website is intended for adult homeowners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If the way this site handles information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
